LUCHA ESPECIAL Live From Veracruz on January 1!

The Anglo Luchador and Boricua Lucha Libre Productions present the first ever LUCHA ESPECIAL show, taking place at the Playa Villa Rica beach in Veracruz, Mexico. The show will take place on New Year’s Day, January 1, at 8 PM Central Standard Time (9 PM Eastern) and will be the cap on a day of celebrations in the city of which the PRIME Intense Champion will serve as Grand Marshall.

The card has not yet been released.

“True to the nature of lucha libre,” said the Luchador, “The card is almost as chaotic even 10 days out from the show as it would be 100. However, we are working to confirm names for the show as well as matches that will be announced during the course of the week between Navidad and Año Nuevo.”

He was able to confirm that the ring will be set up on dry land and not on a barge like had been rumored. He also confirmed that PRIME superstars are in talks to compete even though he himself will just be promoting the show.

LUCHA ESPECIAL 1: Woodrow Wilson’s Guns will be broadcast live on ACE Network for all those who are interested in watching this landmark event.
