NEWCOMERS SET TO DEBUT ON REVIVAL 39
News Story
Good morning everyone, Angelica Brooks here at PRIME HQ in Las Vegas. The second round of the Almasy Invitational wrapped up on ReVival 38 in Greensboro, North Carolina, and ReVival 39 will not only bring the Quarterfinals of the tournament but also the arrival of three new signees to PRIME!
“THE WILD BU” MAR
Mar is an Australian wrestler who wants to prove himself on the world stage. The word “Bu” in his nickname means Bandicoot in Wadawurrung language, who are the Traditional Owners of the land. In taking his inspiration from the Bandicoot, an animal which has massive desires, strengths and physical attributes, Mar can spring into any occasion and be ready to fight. He’s built up a reputation as a strong and resilient wrestler – just like a wild bu – and he’s looking to prove himself in the big leagues.
“THE LEGEND” ROB WILLIAMS
Rob Williams has already made his presence felt on ReVival 38 by way of a gripping promotional video that served to put the roster on notice. This veteran of the sport is a former prodigy who wrestles an old school style; you won’t find anything flashy in his arsenal, just straight brawling and big moves intended to inflict pain. Rob believes he’s got a few gallons left in the tank, and we’ll see if he’s right on November 17th.
“SURREAL” SEÁN O’NEILL
A Primetime Central blast from the past has returned to try and do the one thing he’s never done…make a lasting impression in an American promotion. The Belfast native and journeyman wrestler is a veteran of DWO, High Octane Wrestling, WWA, rW, and the PTC-affiliated GCW. Originally trained in the traditional British style in the mid 1990s by veterans of the “World of Sport” era, O’Neill is adept at joint-manipulation and will often use throws and holds that demonstrate this. His time spent in Japan has allowed him to incorporate a “strong-style” approach to competition.
Mar, Williams, and O’Neill will square off in a triple threat at ReVival 39 from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
