Good evening everyone, Angelica Brooks here. Some late news out of PRIME HQ this evening as final preparations are underway for the 10th anniversary of Colossus, happening right where it all began in the Crescent City of New Orleans, Louisiana.
On behalf of Lindsay Troy and the PRIME Executive Committee, I am pleased to announce two new signees to PRIME ahead of our final show of the year. They will officially debut in January, however invites have been extended for both these men to attend Colossus in ten days’ time.
Swanny is a longtime independent wrestling veteran from America’s Heartland. Widely recognized as a talented in-ring competitor, Swanny has never been on a mainstream wrestling promotion’s roster and is said to be ecstatic about the opportunity to wrestle for PRIME. Several inside sources report that he comes highly recommended, particularly by Jake Colton of the Colton Wrestling Academy and Ray McAvay of Missouri Valley Wrestling.
“FAIR PLAY” DABNEY DOUBLEDAY
Florida indie talent “Fair Play” Dabney Doubleday is the grandson of 1970’s wrestling journeyman The Amazing Cecil Doubleday, and has carved out his own reputation in the south eastern territory of the U.S. as a reliable hand in the ring and a good influence backstage. Hardworking and kind, some pundits are questioning how the bighearted young grappler will fare in the proverbial “deep end of the pool” with some of the larger than life sharks that swim atop the cards in PRIME. We’ll find out soon enough in the new year.
