Demeanor: Dave Gibson is cool, technical, calculating. He refuses to interfere in any way in any match, insisting that Eddie wins for himself. He would even go so far as to leave the ringside area and walk to the back if Eddie has a poor showing.

Despite this, Dave does appreciate his pupil and believes in a form of respect being earned, not given.

Dave is the epitome of old school wrestling. He is a no wasted words type of guy who will tell you he is better then go out and prove it. He would not represent Eddie if he did not believe in him, but is not a motivational coach. He is precise, fiery, a man who earned everything and had nothing given during his career.
